• Damaged or faulty items?
If you find items faulty or damaged on receiving then you are to notify us within 48 hours, if you notify us later than this time, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.
• Will you be charged for the shipping of a return?
Yes, you will be charged for shipping of a return. We also reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of items if they are not qualified to be returned according to our standard.
• Non- Delivery/ incorrect goods?
In case of delivery of the wrong, or damaged, goods to you then you are to notify us within 48 hours of delivery, you shall give us full details of the damaged or incorrect goods. We will accept returns of such damaged or faulty goods notified to us in writing within the relevant time period and will give you replacement goods. Replacements claimed outside the relevant time period will be at our discretion.
You are to notify us in writing of non-delivery of part of an order within 4 working days of the delivery of the remainder of the consignment and of non-delivery of the whole of a consignment within 5 working days of the date upon which delivery was scheduled to take place. If you notify us of non-delivery within the stated time limits then we will give you the option of a credit or a further delivery of the missing goods. If you do not notify us within the stated time limits then we shall not be liable to you for non-delivery.
