Bespoke products:

The information and description of the products we have provided are subject to confirmation by us and we have the right to change them anytime we want. A finished garment’s size can vary to a minor extent (half an inch). All the colors shown in presentations for acknowledgments and fabric textures may vary a little when seen in real. We reserve the right to refuse change or refund for any orders if an order customer support program has been followed for the production of order and order has been made the way it was asked to be made.

 

Delays in Deliveries:

If a delivery is delayed due to customs clearance, the operational problem of Delivery Company, any natural disaster like floods and earthquakes, in such events Ghani Industry UK LTD would not be responsible or pay any damages.
